Information we process
C.D.S GHANA may process account contact details, password hashes, payment and balance records, order history, service selections, delivery information, support communications and product-specific information needed to operate the selected service.
Verification and service data
For C.D.S Verify, assigned numbers, service names and verification status information may be processed to fulfil an order. Verification codes are stored only as needed to deliver and display an order and are designed to be redacted after a short retention period.
Payments
Eligible payments may be processed by Paystack or another approved payment provider. C.D.S records payment references, amounts and status but does not need to store customer card PINs, mobile-money PINs or full payment credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, process eligible payments and C.D.S balance activity, deliver products and services, issue refunds, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain operational records and improve service reliability.
Service providers
Information necessary to fulfil an order may be sent to payment, hosting, database, telecommunications, connectivity, proxy, commerce or other approved providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Security
C.D.S uses server-side credentials, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrative access and other reasonable technical controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
